The center courtyard, for residents and their guests only, is sheltered by residence buildings, the fully-enclosed parking garage, and by the Community Activities Building.

Each of the five buildings is separate from the other and interconnected by a covered and heated foyer.

Single-Story Construction

All apartments and facilities are on ground level. There are no stairs or steps at Watkins Estates.

Flower beds, sidewalks, and drives are all tended by the staff of Watkins Estates. Cultivate your own flower bed or direct our staff to plant your favorites.
